Theme and colours

Choose a light or dark theme and a colour scheme for the sidebar. Preview changes before saving the settings.

• The theme covers navigation, forms, tables and application windows.
• The menu scheme determines the background, accents and appearance of active items.

Your menu, your order

Drag menu sections and the items within them. Each user sets their own order, and the application also remembers collapsed groups.

The menu shows features available under your permissions. Reordering it does not change your access.

Tables with the right amount of space

Set standard or compact row spacing. Choose the default number of items per page: 10, 25, 50 or 100.

In task tables, choose columns, their order and width separately. Saved views let you return to layouts you have prepared.

How you work with a task

The classic view has wide sections and a detailed side panel. The compact view reduces spacing, collapses the description and shortens the activity log layout.

• Enable keyboard shortcut hints in the compact view.
• New tasks can open immediately after creation.
• For fields that require confirmation, enable automatic saving after a chosen delay, with the option to cancel the change before the countdown ends.

Filters you use most often

Choose the default task search mode and the fields available as quick filters. Keep status, project, assignee, type, priority or sprint close at hand.

Restore the default field set with one button. Saved filters and table views remain separate settings.

Language, dates and time zone

The application interface is available in Polish and English. Each user chooses a language independently of others in the company.

Set your own time zone and date and time display formats. Save changes in your account preferences.

Widgets on the home screen

Add the widgets you need from the catalogue, change their order and adjust their width. Remove unused elements from your own dashboard.

Options include tasks due today and overdue tasks, mentions, logged hours, events and current on-call duties. Widget availability depends on modules and permissions.
